The district office is seeking a student from one of the schools to be the student board member for the 2012-2013 school year. Applications are due Friday, May 18th to Mr. Watkins in the Principal’s office.
This student will attend all board meetings (one a month from September thru May). The student will be required to report on various activities happening at each of the schools.
Applications are available below. Please review the video at www.euhsd.k12.ca.us. Click on Student Representatives needed for School Board (under the Headlines & News section) Applicants will be interviewed on or before June 1st at Escondido High School. One student will go forward and be interviewed by the Board of Trustees prior to the August 28th Board meeting. The student selected will take their place on the dais on September 18th.
The school calendar for the 2012-2013 school year has been approved. School will begin on August 20th, 2012.
Seniors: Graduation is on Thursday, May 31st at 6:30 p.m. There are also many other important year-end events for Seniors, and an itinerary has been mailed home. Please take a moment to check it out and update your calendars!

Summer School will be held on the San Pasqual High School campus located at 3300 Bear Valley Parkway, telephone number (760) 291-6000. Summer school hours will be 7:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.
Session I June 4 – June 25 (No Fridays)
Session II June 26 – July 19 (No Fridays, 7/4 Holiday, 7/5 -No School
Limited course options available. Current students can submit applications during high school orientation and course selection dates.
Summer Algebra Academy: Location SPHS – June 25 – July 19 (no Fridays, 7/4 – Holiday, 7/5 no school). Limited to incoming 9th grade students who will be enrolled in Algebra I next year. Special application only. Applications available from middle school or high school counselors.
